Gracezone installed ten 9-ft HVLS fans along the public access walkways. As a result, One Shenton was able to derive tangible benefits including improved air quality, reduced energy consumption, and a positive impact on the well-being of residents, passersby, visitors and CBD office workers. The large low speed fans also provided high volumes of air circulation not only people but also good thermal comfort for the huge columns of plants!
With the enhancements, the street-level Food and Beverage (F&B) tenants have benefited from improved business, allowing the MCST to extract more value from the Outdoor Refreshment Area (ORA) in front of the restaurants.
